World's first 24 hrs global marine TV channel to go on air soon

MarineBiz TV, the world’s first 24 hrs channel will be launched by May 1, 2007, focusing on all areas of marine and to become the single point of contact for all marine activities and information worldwide.

On the sidelines of the Mumbai International Boat Show in Mumbai, Shyam Kurup, project manager for MarineBiz TV said,” we will be the unrivalled world’s first global coverage and free to air channel, specialized and focused on maritime markets worldwide”.

Providing immediate recevening and delivering of news, we will guide the sailing ships through our special satellite tie-ups and helping marine business to penetrate in the underdeveloped and potential markets with the help of maritime professional, he stressed focusing on Travel and Job opportunities.

It will cover Docks, Ports, news, Travelogue and Toursim which include marine destinations, crusing marine tourism, marine painters, marine museum, job oppurtunites and many more.

The coverage will be worldwide, the company has already launched the website on January 1, 2007, Satellite tv covering areas of Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia will be launched on May1 and the other areas by August 1.
